Key features include MFDC Inverters with closed-loop feedback, capable of delivering 600-1200 Amps at 1000Hz, and standard AC/MFDC power sources ranging from 100 to 200 KVA. Throat depths are customizable from 300 to 450 mm to accommodate different project requirements, while weld forces up to 1000 kg are facilitated by air cylinder systems. Optional features such as Soft Touch pinch protection, weld schedule selection via onboard PLC, and integrated circuit breakers enhance operational safety and efficiency. Our welders are designed for flexibility, with adjustable components like the X-Y slide for custom tooling and adjustable lower knee to suit varying work heights.
